Finished 2 semesters at Golden State Baptist College and Lord willing I will return in the fall. Music missions major with a proficiency in voice.

I didn't go to bible college but I'm one class shy of finishing a Bachelors in biblical studies from Liberty University.

Does anyone know why they call it "The" Crown college of the bible? is that suppose to mean like they are the top or best college?

I took a Youth Group to visit "The Crown College" many years ago...not long after it was first started.

II Timothy 2:2  - I believe if pastors would actually take on the responsibility and labor of training up and discipling their young men at home as the scripture commands, small, dried-up local churches would not be continually draining their youth, vitality and new blood off and contributing to giant college churches. And maybe we wouldn't have so many brainless, lock-step parrots with soft hands and empty resume's filling the pulpits of America today. But that's just me. I could be wrong.

I know of a few ministers who have bible institutes in their churches but I've never gone to one myself.

I went to Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College (1980 - 1982) which became Heartland Baptist College when it moved from San Dimas, CA.  When I went to school it was Baptist Bible Fellowship school.  Not sure if Heartland is associated with the BBF.
