I don't suppose there is, but I thought I'd ask here anyways. Some of you must know more than I do about ears. Ever since my college days, I've had a tad bit of problems with my ears - nothing big, but just a bit of botheration now and then. I remember having bad earaches once or twice when I was in college, but I never did anything about them. Since then, I would have pain especially in my left ear if I sleep on it too hard, but it only happens now and then - almost like arthritis or something - where I'd have spurts of time where it would bother me every night for a while, and then it wouldn't bother me for a long while, etc.. We have put Nathaniel into school for this year, and today is dress-up day for Thanksgiving. They were to dress up as Pilgrims or Indians. Nathaniel chose to be an Indian. He drew a very detailed picture of an indian outfit on his magna-doodle of what his outfit was to look like. Here is the result of his drawings. Elizabeth made this in 4 days time.

But that said, do you think that the very high gas prices rushed up the troubles that we are now having. We all know for fact the high gas prices affect everything we buy. Well, I was reading dwayner's uh post and decided I would put my own news up. The first of last week my wife and I went to the doctor and confirmed she is expecting. We feel very blessed. Her regular doctor put a due date of March 22 (funny the same day as Dwayner's) but then she spoke to the OBGYN on the phone and they put a due date of March 15. Of course the baby will come when God says it is time!! She is to go see the OBGYN on the Aug 13th. She has been sick the last two weeks.

Whats the real story behind Carbon 14 Dating ? Also what stance should a believer take as far as creation ? Progressive Day creation seems (if I read it right) too much like the big bang except with a different twist to it. I have always took to a Young Earth stance. Many years ago I came across a sermon an IB preacher named Gary Dice when he visited Australia, and from memory he was preaching on this passage, or at least referencing it. He sang a slightly silly song about this section of Romans 7, but I have never been able to find any reference to it anywhere else. I would appreciate it if anyone has heard of it and could give me a reference or link to it, or best case, the sheet music. I know there are many songs that come up when you do a google search, but none of them have been the one I am looking for. It has the words almost direct from the KJV, not just something loosely based on that text. Thanks folks. -

I also noticed he seems quieter, perhaps more humble this time. But even last time I had come to view his particular tendency to boast as just having an immensely positive attitude. He's also careful to thank others and to offer credit where credit is due, while having no compunctions about calling out anyone who deserves none. -

Just to clarify on the repenting God did when Israel turned from their evil ways. The thing here is that their turning from evil ways here is called... works. So since salvation isnt by works ..and turning from evils ways IS works.. hence the issue with repent meaning 'turn from sin'. So there is what I was meaning. -

Thankfully the pastors I know NEVER STOPPED preaching the gospel. Remember, TGL, they're to preach the whole counsel of God, not just salvation messages. And just to be clear, preaching messages that promote conservative, Biblical values is imperative. Maybe one should let the Holy Spirit guide in what these pastors preach, eh?
