I found out yesterday evening that the 3-month old grandson of my mom's best friend has SMA1 - spinal muscular dystrophy. His dad (Joseph) is at the end of the first year of a 3 year job assignment in Germany. The doctors said little Eli will not likely make it to 1 year. The treatment in Germany is hospice. They are bringing him elsewhere for doctors to check out. Please pray for Eli. And pray for Joseph and Wendy. They are Mormons, so they don't have Christ. I would appreciate it if you would also pray that through this they might find Christ as their Savior.

The doctors confirmed that our friend, Evangelist Ray Jameson, has Acute (meaning that it can spread quickly) Myeloid Leukemia. That particular cancer has 6 stages, M1-M6. He is at M4. The doctor is transferring him to another hospital for 28 days of aggressive chemo. His wife, Beverly, is going to stay with him all 28 days, as the hospital is in a different city from where they live. It is a rare type of leukemia, and he has two of the risk factors (that I know of): he is over 60 and he is male. They have no children, so there is no-one to come to be with her (other than possibly her brother, but he lives a good way away). Please be in prayer for them …

He is in very serious condition in the hospital, he is 91 and he is saved. I won't go into the details other than to say things are beginning to shut down. My wife has some very difficult decisions to make. Many family members are not saved. Pray that family members would receive Christ as their Savior as a result of these circumstances. Also, pray my wife and family who are saved will receive the comfort of God's word. Also, pray for me to have the right words to say to her and other family members at the appropriate time.

Please pray for the VBS at Iron Hill Baptist. We had 46 children register tonight, which is outstanding for our little church, praise the Lord! Most of these children came via the bus ministry, and some come from rough homes where they never hear talk about God. Please pray for changed hearts and lives, the workers, and that these children can come up and be a future generation of witnesses for Jesus Christ.

Have a doctors appt in the morning. I have broken out in a rash that is very painful. T may be shingles. Bad place on back, more on side and chest. Think it was brought on due to the shock to my system of the gall bladder removal and drainage tube removal last month.

I had my Dad die from cancer back in June of 2000, and I couldn't be there for his death. I was there just a few weeks before he passed. My birth father has pushed everyone away except for his grandchildren. My relationship with him has been tenuous at best. My niece just sent a text telling me that he is unresponsive, but still breathing. He'll probably pass away in the next few hours. -

Folks, A brother here at OB developed an online download KJV Bible for PCs and Phones. I recently had to do a phone factory reset and lost the app and the saved link address. Anyone here have that link or know the brother, sadly I can't remember who he was. I must have turned 71 on November 1st, can't remember like I used to 😱. Thanks in advance. -

My birth father's hospice nurse and doctor have given him a few days at the most to live. We have witnessed to him several times, sent him Gospel tracts and prayed for him for the past 40 years. He did ask for a preacher to come and talk to him, and my niece's pastor went and talked to him. At any rate, Pop can't keep anything straight now, and his organs have started to shut down. I spoke to him for just a few minutes last evening and told him I loved him. I know I won't be able to speak with him again. His passing will bring it's own set of challenges as my stepmom is starting to go into full blown Alzheimer's. There's only her sister left to care for her after Pop passes. Please pray for this whole situation and for my Pop's peaceful passing. My wife and I won't be able to make a trip up to Corydon IN , and he wants no services or memorials. Thanks in advance BT -
