I live in wisconsin, I have all the worlds cheese at my finger tips.

My fav? 10 year aged white cheddar. It'll clear your sinus.

Anyone need good cheeses, I know how to ship, and we can make arangements

:thumbdown I don't like brie..... question do you eat it with the "rind" off or the rind on? I have been told that you can eat it with the white rind on it. Just wondering :smile

You can eat it with the white rind on it. Most of the time I eat that part. I didn't used to, but it grew on me I guess. :smile

Cheddar (sharp or extra-sharp)
Mozzarella
Gouda
Provolone
Parmesan
Feta
Cream cheese/Neufchatel
Monterey Jack (including MJ with hot peppers or garlic)

(not necessarily in "favorite" order, just the order they popped into my head :lol )

Rind on, as with Camenbert and other similar cheeses.

My favourites Roquefort, Langres, Bresse Bleu, Comt
