Always now... my dad hated seatbelts so we were raised never wearing them. However since we had kids we decided to be a good example...and now I just don't feel "right" without mine on, so it is always on.

I wear it, ONLY because it's the law, I have been in only two severe accidents in my life, the first, had I had a seat belt I would be dead, the second, the thing almost killed me, I couldn't get it undone and the thing was beginning to burn.

Unless my wife is driving, then I would wear a helmet too if it did not draw attention.

When I drive, I always wear it. But it's broke and I only have the lap belt so I don't think that it would help much.
When I ride with someone else, I'll wear it if they are.

My brother in Christ had a car accident while he was driving asleep without seatbelt on his way to the wedding in other state. It was a light rainy night. The passenger's window was open. The car was flip as his body threw thru the passenger's window and landed on the soft ground because it was wet. The car was destroyed for it rolled many times. He was lucky to be alive..[i just thought would he be alive if he wore a seat belt??] He got married in few days later. He was in painful in the wedding. I was an usher there at that time.

Also there are some old people can't wear seat belts because they are not comfortable to wear it.

Yeah my dad somehow feels that seatbeats can be dangerous, he does not like the feeling of being strapped in, he wants the freedom to move/escape/whatever.

It's the law so I always wear mine.

Growing up we never wore seatbelts. In fact, I never wore a seatbelt until after it was made the law and after the Lord convicted me that it was a bad example for me not to wear my seatbelt since it was the law.

Always, and I won't drive with someone who doesn't wear one.

I worked at a junk yard one summer, and there was a beautiful trans-am that had some very minor front end damage - maybe $500 to fix the bumper & hood. It also had a broken windshield. There was a perfect impression of a face in that windshield (complete with little bits of dried blood and hair)

We didn't grow up wearing seatbeats. I don't think it was the law back then, especially if you sit in the back seat.

But now I wear my seatbelt all the time and I make my son wear his. I don't do it for law, I do it for safety because I seen what accidents did to my family. I have an uncle and aunt who both got into a very, very serious accident and they almost died. Both of them were in a coma for months, and had to take alot of therapies to get their life back to normal. They aren't the same as they used to be. They were very intelligent people (and still are) but they can't respond as fast as they used to be, and have a difficult time speaking. They gets very frustrated too.

and one of friend died from an accident. It is a terrible thing to go through once you get in an accident. I am glad they make airbag but still you need to wear seatbelt to keep you from flying out to the windshield.
