My wife named our newest calf "Chuck" -- why?? because in 2 yrs he will become chuck roast, ground chuck, etc. We can eat them named or unnamed --- that's the reality of life. My wife likes pork, chicken, goose, duck, turkey, emu, pheasant, quail, rabbit, racoon, deer, elk, bison, beef, monkey. I've never had monkey, but I like horse and dog. I do NOT like possum.

I can! :Green Nothing better than a good dear roast in, cooked in the crockpot to melt in your mouth numminess...or rabbit gravy over waffles - good stuff!

The pics are cute, PE. Animals are adorable, and something like this is so precious to look at. Just think, though, how many meals they'd make.... :Green
