Yes, but we do not know what the "behemoth" was. Why say "it was a dinosaur" when you don't know and the Bible doesn't say?

I don't say the behemoth was a dinosaur but I do say it could be a dinosaur.

Don't elephants have fairly small tails?

The Book of JOB says nothing about the size of Behemoth's tail....
It only describes how it moves

But according to one internet source, an elephant's tail can be four feet long and weigh 22 lbs

In reference to dino remains post flood... millions of buffalo were killed in the plains of the USA and left in the open. Very few remains are found just 150 years later. I live in a third world country, I have seen large animals die (horse, cow) and the remains are eaten and scattered in a matter of days by vultures with little left. So remains post flood of an animal that is struggling to survive in a new environment would be extremely rare if not non-existent.

Yes, most exposed bones succumb to deteroration from the elements. But may buried ones do not.

Timeline (Post flood)
5,000 years give or take?
The Bible records that there were cities built post flood, correct? And some of these cities have been excavated, right?
Ok, there have been non-fossilized remains found in virtually every city which has ever been excavated, correct? Some of these include animal remains such as dogs, sheep, cattle, etc. Some of these are in excess of 5,000 years old. Looks to me like if relatively small bones, like dog bones, could remain in recognizable condition, after several thousand years, why couldn't the huge bone of a dinosaur? Surely there is a buried dinosaur skeleton somewhere on the planet which has not turned to stone yet? Has one been found?

A few years ago a dinosaur bone was found with skin still on the bone, meaning it couldn't have been anywhere near as old as scientist wanted to proclaim, and would most assuredly have been from the post flood era.

Real skin? Ineresting. And not petrified?
