My hubby said cancel the mac n cheese. We both had a very late lunch so aren't vrry hungry. He may cancel the fries, too.

Our chinese food was late.  My husband was ready to chew on the woodwork.  He didn't have lunch.  Another crazy day at work for him.

I made Pork chops, steamed broccoli and baked potato.  Pretty easy dinner.

Grilled chicken, steamed rice with spinach, tomato and onions, peas, and salad.

Sounds nummy, candle!  We are having tuna patties, french fries, and carrots.

Vegetables in Punjabi 5 spice sauce, bread and butter.  Crepe with raspberry coulis.

 

The curry was left over from yesterday lunch when I had it with lamb and served with saffon rice.

Going to my guinee pigs...I mean friends house to try out the Chicken Tikka Masala, and Red Lintel Curry, I am making for the missions conference dinner on Sunday.  I drew the "India" card.

We had our mother/daughter banquet at church tonight. Chef salad, parmesan chicken breast in butter sauce, roasted veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, and fudge oreo parfait. Dee-licious. The lesson afterward was even better. And the fellowship was great.

Salmon baked in foil with lime slices abd dill, served with saffron mashed potatoes, carrot, green beans, tenderstem brocolli and mange tout.

My wife made strips out of chicken breasts, cut taters into wedges, gave them a coating, bake 'em, and we ate 'em. My wife also made some banana bread. Mmmmmmmmmmm
