I have been divorced for almost 7 years & have never got over it & it just gets so much worse with ever passing day. I was married close to 40 years. I know that I still love him with all my heart & soul & I feel he still loves me also. I so badly want to have a marriage with my ex-husband but I also know it has to be within God's will or it would never ever work & I only want His will in my life. I don't often do prayer requests for myself, but could sure use some today. I had been concerned about my pastor and some things happening/not happening in our church for a little while now. Last night I learned some new things that both confirmed my concerns and threw gas on the fire. Our pastor is conducting business in ways that are borderline illegal and absolutely unethical. Several members and our assistant pastor have already left over the last few months, but I've been trying to hold my finger in the dam. I cannot, in good conscience, remain where I am. My friend Max served in the Jordanian Army and served nine years in the U S Marines he left yesterday to return to Jordan .he has been called back to serve his home land again .Max loves this Nation and it was hard for to leave but he told me his people needs him as while as the 750,000 refugees trying enter into Jordan . Hello and good evening everyone! I understand that this is a forum in which one can share prayer requests, so I humbly ask you to pray for the church I started here in Mexico. The name is Iglesia Bautista La Gracia. We are currently in the process of saving for a new building property, but the church is very poor. I understand many can become fed up with requests for donations, and that many missionaries probably push it too much. I hope to not come across as that kind of missionary. I've mentioned before that we are moving out to Washington state (finally! after years of waiting!). Anyway, to make a long, boring story short: The time is drawing nigh. We have only the house between us and the move, and that seems to be beginning to happen. The request? Please pray that things can be expedited and that we can get going asap. We had wanted to be there already, to get the garden in. Obviously God had other ideas. Now that things are moving, we'd like to head out by the middle of June. I live in an apartment building and across the hall from me a lady in wheelchair, one leg, move in to apartment. We quickly became friends. I have had an unexpected family emergency come up. I live in Northern California and have just got word about a double life threatening medical problem regarding my sister and her husband in Florida. just received word that my youngest nephew was in a motorcycle accident in Winchester Virginia yesterday. i don't know the full extent of his injuries, other than a broken neck, four broken ribs and a punctured lung. Just got a call from a friend, their son, who is 23, but very developmentally disabled, like an 8-year-old, was found in his trailer by his parents unconscious, blood all over the trailer, and foaming at the mouth. They don't know what's wrong, but they are seeking prayer. They are believers. He is very disabled, but yes, lives in his own trailer in the backyard, as the local crazy California law says that since he is above 18, they have to give him his own place. I had my Dad die from cancer back in June of 2000, and I couldn't be there for his death. I was there just a few weeks before he passed. My birth father has pushed everyone away except for his grandchildren. My relationship with him has been tenuous at best. My niece just sent a text telling me that he is unresponsive, but still breathing. He'll probably pass away in the next few hours. -

My birth father's hospice nurse and doctor have given him a few days at the most to live. We have witnessed to him several times, sent him Gospel tracts and prayed for him for the past 40 years. He did ask for a preacher to come and talk to him, and my niece's pastor went and talked to him. At any rate, Pop can't keep anything straight now, and his organs have started to shut down. I spoke to him for just a few minutes last evening and told him I loved him. I know I won't be able to speak with him again. His passing will bring it's own set of challenges as my stepmom is starting to go into full blown Alzheimer's. There's only her sister left to care for her after Pop passes. Please pray for this whole situation and for my Pop's peaceful passing. My wife and I won't be able to make a trip up to Corydon IN , and he wants no services or memorials. Thanks in advance BT -
