"The fetus, given the opportunity to develop properly before birth, and given the essential early socializing experiences and sufficient nourishing food during the crucial early years after birth, will ultimately develop into a human being."

Hint: it was written in a book in 1973...

:icon_biggrin: - that's the way we do it on this side of the pond!

It was BO's top science adviser John Holdren in a book he coathured. The thing I found sickening is the final part of the statement - that it will eventually develop into a human being. :smilie_loco:4

Ultimately...he said ultimately develop into a human being. Since he is a scientist he had to gather a lot of data to reach so firm a conclusion. During his case study research I'm sure he followed strict scientific procedure in documenting all the appropriate data points.

I hope he was talking about the human fetus?

Also, I wonder how many human fetus he found develop into something else?

This should be a game! Or, at least a challenge for us to learn about people.

Why not start a game of it?

The "Who said this?" game.
Who said this game 1.
Who said this game 2.
etc.
