I go to any shop and get them - but I am in Australia.

Several grocery stores up here sell them... I'd take a look around. They'll be with the biscuits/cookies.

Don't forget to follow Dave's instructions for eating them! On their own, their just a plain old chocolatey biscuit - nothing special. It's when you suck tea/coffee through them so the heat can melt the innards of the Tim Tam that they become ambrosia. It's especially fun to learn when to slam them into your mouth - too late and they'll fall to pieces in the cup!
