Whats for Supper...

We're having fish and chips.

 

 

Ah, but what fish?  Most here seem to like cod and chips.  My preference is for a nice piece of battered haddock.

This evening I shared a egg salad sandwich with my wife and she had a cheese and onion roll and I had some chicken tikka samosas.

 

We went to Tesco to avoid the trick and treaters, and got a few bargains.  They say it was the warmest Halloween  on record, 23C compared with the average of 11C.  It is about 16C now at 1.15 am.  We have had a very warm OctOBer.  We had prOBably the wettest August and the driest September.  I don't know what is happening to our weather.

Pretty sure it's cod, although I agree - haddock is better.

My hips are still in holding signs in protest. But I say let 'em march. They're bad spellerz anyway.

Like wise I had a large lunch so had just ham and salad in french bread.
