Whats for Supper...

Jojo potatoes are potato wedges that are baked not fried.  I like to dip mine in ranch dressing when eating them.

 

Going to try an enchalada casserole my friends wife makes.  If I can do as well as she does it will be awesome!

Tonight we have a banquet at church, so I have no idea what we'll be eating. But I know it'll be delicious.

We have a church picnic coming up later this month. LOTS of good food to be had there!

Gonna' make some sweet and sour chicken tonight.  Think I'll just have plain rice with it so I can drizzle a little of the sweet and sour sauce ove it.  m m m m m m m

Ham and egg salad with Greek style black olives.

saw veggies, grapes, triscuits with veggie cream cheese and roasted red pepper hummus

We have some grapes.

are you going to eat them or wait till they turn to raisins

Since I had raisins in the zucchini bread I think I'll eat the grapes as is.
