Last night's dinner (early dinner, late lunch) was special.  salyan flew in from Alberta for an overnight stay in Chicago on her way to a mission trip. She drove here to Chesterton, and we got to spend some time together.  I took her to our favorite Mexican restaurant.  The food was good, the fellowship great.   :clapping:

It was really nice.  It was actually called Gratin de poisson Ostendoise.  I can't remember the spelling in Flemmish.  Somethinmg like Ostense visgratin.

Do you have to use Belgian fish, or will fish from Spain work OK too?

:D

I don't know, it was a ready meal I bought in France on Friday.  The ingredients were not printed clear enough to read, even with a magnifying glass, but I could see there was salmon, prawns and some sort of white fish.
