Traveling

Anybody else enjoy traveling? I love taking road trips. I've been to something like 28 states and to Niagara Falls, Canada. I hope to drive to every state one day (except Hawaii of course). It would also enjoy seeing Italy and Spain, but that might be out of my league.

I looooove traveling. I have plans, long-term, to see Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, the Phillipines, etc. and, short-term, I may be going to Chicago in June and I'm going on a family trip to Bermuda in July. :lol

I now enjoy those little, small, European countries! I'm thinking, in many years to come, to visit Ireland, Switzerland (especially!), Netherlands, Portugal and so on.

And of course I'll try my best visit America one day.

Oh, don't forget Korea!

I didn't! I was just talking about countries that I haven't been to yet. I've been to Korea and it's already a given that I am going back. :lol

That's cool. I will probably only have one day in Chicago to see the sights, but I can't wait. I've been to KY but not the other three states. I like New England better. :thumb

I love to travel but I am really the only one in my family that likes it to much. When I start my ministry I hope that I get to see every state and a few countries.

Love to travel, up and down the east coast, hate to be away from the home church, do like visiting like faith churches when we do go.

Just returned from a nice quick southern road trip. 2,700 miles in under 72 hours. I drove all the way from near Pittsburgh, PA to Memphis to New Orleans to Gulfport, MS between 8:30 Sunday night and 7:30 Monday night (got about 40 minutes of sleep). I had a great time. I found out the Deep South is completely different than the northeast (in a good way).

Oh! I loooooove road trips! Especially really really scenic ones! :lol I haven't been to very many states but I'd love to travel all over the country someday! It'd be soooooo awesome!

I like road trips too. I love seeing the change of scenery from region to region.

I love traveling, too. I've been to Europe 3 times (including France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Germany, and Italy -- on different trips, not on each of the 3 trips), and also I've been to the U.K. twice (in 1985 and again in 1988). I've also been to Singapore and Bali (in 2001 -- same trip). It was actually the trip to Singapore and Bali that convinced me I could handle the climate in Texas. :lol A few months after that trip we moved here from California. We've never regretted it.

I also love road trips (actually more than plane trips). I'd love to see more of our great country, and Canada too (I have family there -- in Alberta). I've seen Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Oregon, Arizona, North Carolina, and New Mexico (not in that particular order :lol ). I'd love to visit South Dakota (my mother's birthplace), Montana (my sister lives in Bilings), and go to any of the 13 original states where it all started.

The only thing I think I wouldn't enjoy very much would be a cruise. I've heard too many "horror stories" (people getting deathly ill), and I can't stand the thought of being stuck on a boat for days on end.
