[bible]Romans 3:10[/bible] As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

If you vote for anyone you are voting for evil in some form.

If that is the case, and one is voting for the lesser evil, it would seem that designation would land upon one of the candidates outside the Dem or Repub Parties.

In any event, we as Christians should be voting for the candidate who will most closely abide by the Constitution and rightly uphold the Constitution as the law of the land. That is what the president is supposed to do and what he swears an oath to do. If we vote for one who will not abide by the Constitution, then we ourselves are going against the Constitution (lawbreakers) and we are voting for someone who we know is going to swear an before God and man that is an outright lie.

I'm not too worried, whoever gets in office... Pro 21:1 "The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever, he will."

It should be clear by our last several presidents, if it wasn't clear before then, that God is punishing America. A wicked nation, a wicked people, find themselves ruled by wicked men.

When I read of Israel and God's dealing with them in the Old Testament I can't help but notice the abundant parallels between ancient Israel and America; between the leaders God put over them and those He has been putting over America.

I'm probably not going to vote, but if I were, I'd vote for Chuck Baldwin. Anyone who wants to attack a country (Iran) without any real solid reason (there is no good reason to attack Iran right now even though McCain says there is, and I can argue about it all day if you want me to) is just as pro-life as Obama is. Our soldiers are humans too, how many have died because of Bush's "incorrect information from our intelligence" and how many more does McCain want to kill in Iran? I think Obama and McCain are equally evil, neither one is less evil.

Please provide references to any quotes or legitimate news sources by McCain that even remotely says he "wants to attack a country (Iran) without any real solid reason." I'll even take any reference that says he "wants to attack a country," without even being Iran and you don't even need to show the without any real solid reason portion either.

Thank you.

I'm not a pacifist, so I don't buy this abortion = war argument. That's standard NARAL propoganda, as if there's no difference between an adult who volunteers for the military and an unborn child.

As for voting, I've said my viewpoint, but I'll state it again: I will do anything to keep the Soros shill away from the White House, including voting for John McCain, since he's the only alternative, whether I like it or not. This "voting for the lesser of two evils"excuse would only work for me if I didn't have a problem with the greater evil prevailing, but I do.

Greater evil prevailing! Just a moment, we both have read the ending of the Great Book. We know the greater evil will not prevail but we understand well that its going to get very bad, but them again I expect to see our Lord coming at any moment.

And its not an excuse, its a conviction, why support the less evil? For you see, I put all my faith and trust in Jesus, after all for the problems that exist, He is the only answer to the problems that are before each of us and this nation.

And how good are your *convictions* going to do you when the thug outlaws the Bible and the CP? He's already trying to suppress dissidence. That's what totalitarians do.

I'm not talking about the Second Coming, I'm talking about this next election. This is the secular world here, and it's very possible to argue things have gotten very bad and that's no reason to aid and abet evil further. You're doing exactly what George Soros wants you to do. :roll

As someone else has already said, it's always about choosing the lesser of the two evils, even when your precious Ron Paul was on the ticket. Like I said, do whatever you please, but I'm post-mil and have no idea if and when a Rapture will occur, and I'm not going to just let some Chicago thugs take over the government.
