Somehow, with my son's description of it, I can't imagine enjoying playing Halo 3. But then, I prefer word games. :Green

I'm a Sudoku girl myself.

The last time I was really into video games it was on the olllld Nintendo 64. Goldeneye007 and Diddy Kong racing. :P

1Cr 15:33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.

I'm sure I will receive meanie of the day for this, but this game and movie is filled with evil. You, if you are saved, are not to own it, watch it, or have anything to do with it.

1Th 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.

Psa 101:3 I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; [it] shall not cleave to me.

Just because good fights evil in this movie, don't think Satan himself could not use such a scenario to draw weak one's into the occult.

2Cr 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

The Lord has told you what to follow after.

3Jo 1:11 Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.

And we wonder why the church is sinking like a torpedoed ship full lead. Repent.

Now was low :thumbdown :verymad: Oh well...... I hope the young lady I like is right for me though, 19 years old, a Christian, second year in college, and has a wonderful name, rare, Arielle. Oh well...... I let God choice.

But again, not everything single thing on this planet is evil, God said to enjoy life, if He didnt, then why did He say it?

Hahah it was low, but you have to admit it was funny! All in good fun!

I picked out our wedding music when Samer and I got married...I wonder what he would've chosen? He liked my choices though. :)

We didn't really have a song. We got engaged during the invitation at a revival, so I guess you could say it is "Just As I Am."

At our wedding, long story, but we got married outside his parents' house. His aunt was at the front room window with a tape recording of the wedding march.:lol: There wasn't a long enough extenstion cord to bring it outside. That was the limit of the music there. :Green

Forgive me, Cototheburn, I didn't mean to offend. Anyway, good luck with this young lady!

Also, I pulled the thread away from PreacherBen's post--don't forget to revisit that. Not for me to comment; just saying it is there.

Good wedding song stories, HappyChristian and joyfulpraise93!

:lol::lol:

I've got a wedding song story too -- though it wasn't mine! A friend and I got to accompany at a wedding of a new couple in our church. She was a very brave bride -- she let Alex pick ALL the songs (how many of you girls would let some teenage guy pick the music for your wedding?). :smile Anyways, he did a good job, except he would only pick about four songs for the prelude. I tried to tell him that wouldn't be enough, but he was sure it would be sufficient. :roll Well, the bride ended up locking her flowers in the car, the wedding was delayed half an hour, and with no other music handy... we played the prelude, the postlude, the bridesmaid's march, and the special music about 8 TIMES through each. :haha

It's a good thing no one pays attention to the music at weddings! Even our pastor's wife, who is an excellent musician, couldn't tell we were repeating songs... although she knew that with such a delay we had to be doing so!

Please, do not ask for forgiveness, one I have already forgiven you when you said it, and two, u didnt offend me in the first place, so I should be asking for forgiveness, I am not offended easy, instead, if you check out my other post, I have a weird sense of humor lol. So that was my mistake on that part to have you believe I was mad, im not.
