There are alot in the Bible that warns people of speaking evil about fellow Men and woman and other people surrounded by you. The above verses are example. Some of these verses matches Michael's music however, I am changing the tone here and focusing on why I am grieving so hard about Michael.
I do believe his childish behavior was a result of abuse emotionally by his father and his father bullying him and his brothers to become the American dream he wanted for his sons. When he seen money and greed and fourtan and singing careers he pressured all the boys into a singing career back in the 1960s and 1970's.
Some movies had been shown over the years of the Jackson family and showed that Michael was a Momma's boy and attached to Momma. As he grew he became sensitive and unique in his little own ways. Michael was also hard to deal with raising among the other children.
I don't have to much info about the Jackson 5 but I sure know there was a good chunk of songs in Motown in the Jackson 5 youth Days. However that is before my time .
When I was Born in 1977 I was born during the disco area and funk area also and pretty much Michael was growing up way up to be a teen. There is alot of things he didn't like about himself back then.
Between 1977-1982 ish I have no idea what went on with him because I was a very young girl. I know in the early 80's Michael had that Pepsi commercial accident and that was was leading to his problems.
Since I don't want to speculate on some things I am starting the Autumn of 1984. My parents had sometime that year Got cable for the first time. Just thing a 7 year old goes to Disney channel , PBS, Nick for example but this just started so basically anything with cartoons and sesame street on it.
Well, I went directly to MTV and landed on there for many days with music by Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Madonna, Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Heavy Metal groups, A'ha , Chicago, Stevie nicks, ETC and more.
I had seen the Heal the world song get launched on MTV and Michael helping needy and children. The most bizarre expertience of the 80's was his small movie clip Thriller. I have seen it several times at a young age of 7 and never gotten scared of it. I always thought it was fake and nothing bad about it.
As time had gone and I grew up and Michael apperience gotten changed by 1987. I got the bad CD and watched moonwalker and I loved the Man in the Mirror song and others in it. I never Knew at this time that Michael will turn his apperience again and change his lifestyle and get a amusement park mansion.
Before I go on in this time in 1987 I have had a friend named Larry. He always dressed up like Michael Jackson and loved his music and said he will always be a fan of Michael. Well, in the 90's when Michael released the Dangerous CD Larry only had a few years to enjoy it but when he passed on in 1993 his life short lived. Ever since then I took over to be a strong Michael Jackson fan.
Early in 1993 There was a neverland Valley Ranch Oprah interview that year with Michael and he explained to his fans and to the people watching to not believe the tabloids and stop buying them. Ever since that his life had been going down hill. I know why God took my friend Larry because what was to come to this Superstar entertainer that helped millions of people and sang heal the world in 93 and tried to be the best he can be.
In December in 93 when Michael came on and said he was searched and took improper pictures of him that was begining of his mind changing.
During those few years I been a fan of his and wanted to fill the foid in his life and Marry him. Yes I repeat Marry Him. People is going to say well every girl and woman wanted to. I just felt sorry for him for being followed around, being picked on , being hurt and being so senstive but I had never contacted him until it was too late .
He dated Lisa Marie in 1996 and They got married but that didn't last long I know that broke his heart.
But what came next is hard for me to say because his life had changed again and Debbie Rowe was in the picture and planning children with him. I am going to say When the kids came this was the saddest time for Michael because all the Sex crimes he was attacked with. I don't believe any of the beefed up alligations that set with Michael. Most of the lies was poprtzzi(Spelling) and tabloids following him.
People thought Michael was strange for covering his children's faces with vails and masks but in reality I don't blame him. People didn't have the right to follow him and children around God's creation.
When his son Blanket was Born I seen the clip and see it over and over of him dangling the infant "Blanket" and I see a very tight grip on the baby. He loved his children why would he hurt them?
I am heart broken that Rowe had played with his heart about the children but since he wanted them it seemed he was a great Dad.
Anyhow when 2005 came and he got the verdict not guilty of child sex charges I laughed with all 10 to my husband and those in the house here because I knew he was innocent. I don't want to speak about this and remember him by this . I want to remember him by his music and his good charity work and love for kids and his own kids.
I don't have that much time to go ahead and make more info here however, I wanted to jump on the computer and tell you why I am greiving so hard about his Death.
Even if he took and abuse pills and abused his body it's still a shock for some one that was healthy enough to dance and sing for preperation of last tour. He was a walking skeleton and very week also and his death at age 50 woul be 51 next month is too overwhelming.
The news coverage and tabloids and AOL is way to much on this issue and I pray they will stop prying away from this family and leave them alone. I am totally against tabloids and media now and access hollywood and entertainment tonight because they distorted Michaels Life.
I am going to close here to say the cause of death of Michael Jackson is drug over dose and media over dose because he didn't get the proper privacy like he wanted too.
Please don't judge me for what I said in this it's by way to the world to say stop speaking harshly about this man that was very misunderstood with life. Think of his children and pray for them and think of the other family and pray for them. Think what he left behind a mess because the media and others put a mess with him.

Notice one thing, the Bible usually tells the good side of godly men as well as their bad side.

And usually, no matter how bad a person is, you can find some good in them.

But we humans are told by God to know them by their fruit. Seem your trying to ignore all of MJ's bad fruit.

I am not ignoring the bad fruits I seen many in his life however, when I typed that up last night and posted on my facebook some complained to me privately that I was putting him over my husband and the Lord but, I been wanting to work on that for a few weeks but wanted the stuff to die down.
I just wanted you all to look through this and see if there is anything about idolizing him and I was not.

I don't know that I would say you are idolizing MJ - other than as so many teenagers do the stars they like. I know you aren't a teenager, but I think your interest in him is very similar.

MJ was human, and he made mistakes, just as we all do. As Jerry said, we can find good in anyone. He did do some good things.

But, KJVK, remember that he was a product of Hollywood. Just like any other star, he actually craved attention, which is why he did a lot of the things he did. Hanging his son over the balcony was stupid - no matter how tight a grip he had, there is no excuse for it, regardless of who did it!! Why would he do such a thing? It wasn't to show his great love for his child - it was to be noticed.

I am sorry that you are still grieving for him. I know his family is, and grief never completely goes away for a lost loved one. But I think you just need to hand it over to the Lord and ask Him to help you get beyond this. He will!

I don't think you are idolizing him. However, you do seem to have an unhealthy fixation on him. It is not healthy to be that consumed by another person who you do not even know.

I see how people get sucked into things like this. People have an unhealthy fixation for Star Trek, for a sports team, for a movie star, etc. People crave information about whatever or whoever they become fixated on.

It seems to me you have done this with Michael Jackson. Is knowing all of his songs or reading every story about him healthy for your mind? I would guess probably not.

I'm not saying this to put you down or anything; however, you asked for our perception, and that is mine.

there are things I have become fixated on, and it is very, very difficult to overcome. The only way to over come these urges for information about someone is to turn off the television, stop reading magazines, and stop searching the internet. If needed turn it all off.

Those are my thoughts.

Yes I think it's a fixation not a idol LOL my God is Jesus and I attend Church and read the Bible and listen to hymns.

Well, that is great! But you are obviously getting your information from somewhere. The internet maybe? I don't know. My recommendation would be to cut off everything that feeds this fixation.

Believe me, I know. I've been there where I have become fixated on something, and it is not healthy. The only way to get over it is to unplug whatever is feeding that fixation.

But that is supposition, KJVK. You get angry when people mention about MJ being a child molester, because that is supposition (albeit with much support).

You know, much of what is being bandied around about him now is being fed to the media by his family. They want publicity, too.

I think kind is right on target with his advice, too.
