In the mood for tacos' tonight.  With nice greasy fried corn tortilla shells just to make HC happy.  I will bake some tater tots with Mexican seasoning on them to serve with the tacos'.

I like all meat cooked with a good blackness to it. Crisping is what flavors the meat. Unfortunately today every bit of fat is trimmed before you even buy it. Such a waste!
