I like colby-jack, mostly. I like bleu cheese in salads. I just like cheese! What kind of cheese had the dill in it and what brand is it, and where did you get it????? CJP56.

Mmmm - I love Extra sharp and New York extra sharp chedar cheese. I'll have to admit - I once tried cheddar that was aged 7 years - wasn't able to eat too much of it.

Extra sharp cheddar, extra sharp Swiss, and pepper jack all rank as tie for first place when snacking with crackers and grape juice. :Green

For toasted cheeze sandwiches, homemade pizza and stromboli recipes then Farmers, mozzarella, or provolone are quite good.

Sharp cheddar is definately my favorite to snack on. Swiss is always good on a sandwich, though.

I like a number of cheeses - sharp cheddar on a hamburger; pepper jack to just eat; swiss with ham on a sandwich; grilled cream cheese; colby-jack, etc. Couldn't name a favorite. Two of the stores around here have had really great sales on cheese lately, so we've stocked up - usually it's too expensive for us to eat much. But not this week. :Green
