Taking A Bath Once A Week ?

The other night on doctor OZ show, there was a woman that said she does not take a bath everyday. She said that it helps the skin?  She put TGL  clean mind to think...   I can save money on not using soap and water.     Do you smell somrthing       "NO"

If a person isn't doing anything to sweat or get dirty, a full bath isn't needed each day. Even then, I would think more than once a week would be helpful!

 

Depending upon what soaps one uses, a bath a day can dry a persons skin out and cause prOBlems. Yet if one needs a bath every day there are soaps and such which prevent over drying of the skin.

 

Myself, I haven't had a bath in years. I prefer my shower. In the winter I use a different soap because otherwise my shoulders and back tend to get dry and itchy, but that other soap keeps that from happening.

Thanks for reminding me guys.  I just checked my calendar and today is March,28.  That's the day I usually take my annual bath.  Gotta git with it . . . .wouldn't be good to forget.
