I would appreciate prayer for my husband, Randy. I will try to sum up what seems to me a long story...but this is going to be long. I'm sorry about that! Thursday morning while Randy was at a client's home, he went out to shovel. In these parts, black ice is a real and present danger during the winter. Well, he fell on black ice. His right leg went under him, and his left leg hyper-extended. He managed to get up (he was right by the van's bumper) but fell again right away. He rolled to the pavement, where there was no ice. Our church was very small to begin with, but over the last year it has shrunk (due to gossip and folks not liking what the Bible says about their sin...). We are an older church, meaning that most of us are close to 60 or older. And so the various health issues of aging affect us. Other issues do as well. One of our ladies just underwent back surgery. Hello Family of God, The person responsible for hacking my computers in every way possible is relentless in his pursuit (I'm quite certain I know who is responsible); it is my desire that this person repent from his sins before it is too late, because tomorrow in not promised for anyone. I'm sure several of you remember Candlelight. She was an active member here for quite a while. She and I were out of touch for a while, but recently reconnected. She has asked me to post this prayer request. She was diagnosed with cancer. She has had surgery and the cancer removed. But she is in a lot of pain and still has a ways to go for recovery. My son was involved in an accident, on one of our vehicles, and it looks like we will be sued. I can't go into details on here but sure could use some prayer. To compound that, it's lambing time, we have already lost 10 lambs. Then yesterday someone bought one of our pieces of skid steer/tractor equipment and, by the end of the day, severely damaged it, then stopped payment on our check. I sent their photo to the manufacturer and they said it was abused but I have received no word yet when a replacement part will be sent. I'm feeling pretty low.

Hello Family of God, Some JW's came to my door about 30 minutes ago and invited me to attend their meetings. We engaged in a discussion about the finished. Work of Christ on the Cross. He made an attempt to teach Salvation by works, and after refuting this false teaching with Scripture, he changed his mind, but he remain settled in his denial about the Deity of Christ. His name is Rene, and please pray for me that the Lord will grant him repentance and knowledge of the True Gospel and the True Christ. Please pray that the Devil will NOT snatch away that which is sown in his heart, and he will repent and turn to God and the True Christ for Salvation. God Bless!

Please pray for people lost and deceived by the Mormon cult. My wife and I just finished witnessing to 3 mormons, 2 are their female missionaries and the other was a male member of their congregation they brought along with them. My wife and I met with the 2 girls last week as well. During the conversation we had the girls were getting noticably upset when I would ask them to show me what they believed in the Scriptures. Hello i have a severe cough and cold right now I don't want it too go to lungs i have history of Bronchitis and pheunmoia when i get lke this. I am asking prayer that the Lord will help aid this and help me get the right meds for it, I already been too enough doctors visits and ER trips the last few years. I just want to fight this at home.

Prayers Needed for Linda Baity As many of you know, our president, Dr. Ron Baity, has been a long-term caregiver for his wife, Linda, who has been in bad health for quite some time. This past Saturday, Mrs. Baity suffered septic shock due to sudden infections. It was only the grace of God that she pulled through the weekend. She is currently in ICCU. While she has made some improvement, the doctors have told us that she has many obstacles to overcome as she is also in the final stages of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and late stages of dementia. My father, who is 80 years old is dying. He has stage 4 colon cancer that has metastasized as well to his liver causing as the doctor stated "more tumors than can be counted" on his liver. Last night he went into emergency surgery because his colon ruptured. Needless to say none of this is operable or curable and prognosis is less than 2 months tops if he survives what happened last night. Now for the good news. We knew Nate and Beth Burns while they were at the church we attended in IN. They both attended the college there, and spent the first part of their married life there. Good people, good people. A missionary friend of mine has recently been diagnosed with cancer in his digestive tract. It also looks to have spread to other areas of the abdomen, but I don't know how far. Could still be localised and not throughout his system, but no real way of knowing yet. 10 or so years on the field, children to young adult age, growing church on the field. Faithful man and serving family.

We have a guest speaker who is not using the Bible but relying on his notes from another source. We feel that we have to a biblical sound teacher to preach Sunday night from the Bible. On another thread I told about our road trip around the U. S. When we reached Florida my friend developed a severe back problem. He was in severe pain that would not let up. We went to five different hospitals in three days. It was only in the last one that he got a correct diagnosis. It was sciatica. It took Morphine to kill the pain, but it wore off with time. He has to deal with the V. A. So it is difficult to get anything done. I have had this condition also and found an exercise that worked. I had him try it and it seems to be working. One of our members, Joe, is in the emergency room. He is in a lot of pain and vomiting quite a bit - bile. He is slated to have his gall bladder removed toward the end of the month, but it looks like something will have to happen sooner. Please be in prayer for him and his wife.

I know someone that I suspect is probably not saved. He has caused me some emotional issues, he’s kind of manipulative and erratic I guess, but I won’t get into much of that. He told me of how he tried to kill Himself a few years ago and just a bunch of other strange stuff. I’m very concerned for this guy. Please be in prayer for the Wesco family. This family of 10 arrived in Cameroon in recent months as missionaries. Brother Wesco was shot in the head and died either this morning or yesterday (the time difference fools me...). Anyway, all of their children are minors, so Sister Wesco is left to rear them as a single mom. Her prayer is that God will be glorified through all of this.

Yeppers... many of us have noticed how over the past 50+ years Tom Turkey has been pushed off the road by the fat man in the bright red suit, flying around with his eight tiny reindeer! LOL The over commercialization of Christmas has gotten way out of hand! My parents Western Wear Store would NEVER allow Thanksgiving to be bypassed. None of the decorations for Christmas at their store came out until BLACK FRIDAY. I'm thankful for that. 🤠 -

Have we fallen short in baptisms? And why are baptisms being used as a measure for how strong churches are? Many pastors have seen the futility and falseness of dunking people just for the numbers? They've come to the realization that people need to understand what baptism is, and in the true discipling of people first. In the days of Christ people understood the implications of being baptized into this new religion called Christianity. They could be kicked out of the synagogues, lose their livelihoods, and even their lives. That's exactly what Saul of Tarsus was doing before he had his encounter with Christ on the road to Damascus. -
