Fact: Obama is not pro-abortion. He is pro choice. Big differnece. He has said abortion is bad and is a problem, and that we must work to prevent unwanted pregnancies.

Fact: What is wrong with being pro gay rights? I fully support society recognizing two consenting adults entering into a life commitment. Just because I disagree with their lifestyle does not mean they should not have equal rights.

Fact: What does the Bible calling murder a sin have anything to do with Obama? Calling him a murder is ridiculous.

Fact: The Bible does not call homosexuality a sin. It calls homosexual sex a sin. The two things are very different.

Fact: I belive died to offer salvation to all men. But the fact remains we live in a diverse society and must respect all religions. Government should not be "for" or "against" any particular religion, but give all the right to worship as he or she sees fit.

Fact: The constitution gives the federal governemnt to regulate interstate commerce...which is essentially the economy. I'm not sure where you are getting this. Obama and Congress are working together on this problem...we can disagree with their solution, but something needs to be done.

Why can't we just be happy for one day that we live in a country wher the transfer of power is done in a peaceful way? We live in a great country. People fight it out during the campaign, but at the end of the day, transfer of power is a peaceful event. That is something to be celebrated. And today is history in the making, so let us just sit back and enjoy the events of the day.

And, FWIW - partial birth abortion is not choice. It's murder, no matter what anyone feels about abortion rights. BO has promised to overturn the ban on it...that's more than just pro-choice. BO voted three times against the Child Born Alive Act in IL.. Three times...choosing instead to allow the babes born alive through a botched abortion to die without medical help. THAT's murder. And he CHOSE to support that heinous type of murder. He tried to justify his votes by saying that if the wording were the same as the federal Act, he would have voted for it. But that doesn't cut the mustard, 'cause he was on the committee that chose the wording...and he rejected it then, too. Sorry, but he supports murder. Abortion is murder. Not choice. He may have said abortion was bad, but he also said that if his daughters "made a mistake" they should be able to have an abortion. I heard him say that. That goes beyond choice into supporting abortion.

Yes, something needs to be done about the economy. And the very ones who are responsible for the mess we are in now are planning to "fix" things. Yippee!!

I think it is sad that only abortion doctors have a license to kill. But not the mother or father. (It's sad all together, but it is sad that people don't see it as murder if doctor is doing the killing)

This doesn't mean I am against removing a badly deformed (no brain, or no lungs, etc) child who have no chance of surviving (as if we are removing life support that is keeping it alive).

Isn't it amazing at the acceptance many Christians have of those who support abortion and homosexuality? No, its not to me, God declared it would be this way, with many Christians doing this is further proof that God was right about many who are ever learning but NEVER coming to the truth.

Men love to do what it right in their own sight, and balk at following God's true teachings.

Yes, its amazing how close to God some families will act when death hits their family.

When my son-in-laws mother's 3rd husband died, she divorced her 1st 2, it was all about God. A few weeks later she was bringing home men with her form the night clubs, she finally got one who stayed. Wow, did she catch a good one!

Some people can attempt to justify the supporting and/or condoning of sin all they want. This is nothing new, after all the Bible has many examples of folks "doing what was right in their own eyes".

The fact is, a Christian is to live according to the Word of God at all times and in all things. Just because something is a political issue doesn't mean we cast aside the Word of God and under cover of some manmade concept of "fairness" or some twisted reading of the Constitution that violates what those who wrote it said it means, that we are free to support or condone that which is ungodly. We are still commanded to obey the Word of God.

One cannot be abiding in the Word and support homosexual marriage or abortion.

Obama wants to do away with the Defense of Marriage Act.

Obama wants to do away with the "don't ask, don't tell" policy (which I agree isn't the best policy but yet better than what he wishes to replace it with).

Obama wants to push through laws that would virtually end challenges to abortion "rights".

And that's just scratching the surface of the ungodly things he is working on and that some professing Christians seem to think it's okay to support. There are no biblical grounds to support such sin and abominations.
