We have natural gas and haven't been over $100 any month this winter.

 

My highest all winter had been right at $150.00, & we are all electric with 1701 square feet of heated space.

We have 1375 sq ft. Combined electric and gas this winter has been around $150 at the highest. It's just myself and my wife. Gas furnace, stove, fireplace (not used too often) and hot water. Dryer is electric.
