We had some clouds roll through but they were empty.

Well now, perhaps 3/4 inch of rain emptied them

It must have! We had more clouds come through last night, still some here now, but no rain at all. For awhile we had some really dark clouds going over, looked like the kind that could really drop some rain, but nothing.

At least we have cooler temps, which is nice.

Yes, the temperature has been much more pleasant! It's good to be able to sit and read without working up a drenching sweat just from turning the pages!!!

South of us they're really getting the rain & it seems cloudy weather is going to stick around for a few days.

There was a little rain about 30 miles south of here this morning but they didn't get much, we didn't get any, but the cloud cover kept it cool.

Rain, rolling thunder as present time, looks good to see rain fall, & we got wind & the temp has fell to 79.
