Oh, I wish you hadn't posted that. Iowa is the pork-producing capital of the United States, but nobody up here knows anything about real pork BBQ nor Brunswick stew.

I guess it's time for another trip home!

We had barbequed racoon once, but he was mighty tough and stringy. So I don't advise "roadkill" for that reason - it messes up the meat.
