prayer for a friend's baby

my friend's baby was a preemie and is now about 3 mos old, weighs just over 6lbs. Was diagnosed with pnuemonia and is doing better from that, but in the course of x-rays a mass on her 7th rib was found that is puzzling. They have scheduled a biopsy for her to check for cancer.

Pray that this is simply a mass where a small fracture in the rib is healing and that it is okay. Pray for mom and dad who are very tired and missing their other children immensely as they have dealt with the issues of their precious preemie.

they did the biopsy and could start finding results by this afternoon. Please continue to pray. They are very tired and this is quite difficult for them.

The baby doesn't have any cancer cells in the mass, but they are still testing to find out what they have going on there. Continue to pray for them.
