Its a shame they can't keep shows with young girls like her completely modest. But the TV people knows what sells and what the world wants to watch. Those of the world out number us, but even some of us will watch what the world loves so much too.

It is with great relief that I can say, before this thread, I really have no idea who Hannah Montana is. I think I have heard the name before, but I couldn't pick her picture out from the 100 other scantily clad womens pictures in Wal-Mart. My children may be able to do a little better than me, but it's not from seeing her on T.V. We have strict guidelines as to what may be taken in on the idiot box, or the radio for that matter. I think it was John81 that mentioned Twila Paris a while back. No one in my house had a clue as to who she was. All I can say to that is AAAAAAAAMMMMMEEEEEENNNN!!!!!!

I would just as soon stay blissfully ignorant of all that hollywood and music trash.

Pictures of someone else have been circulating, with the claim that they are her. No reputable news source has made that claim, only noted that some people think it's her (in spite of the pictures not looking anything like her). Fox has note reported that she has dressed immodestly, only that photos that some people say are her are upsetting some people. Some people like jumping to conclusions with no evidence.

In any event, there is a difference between the fake photos and her in person wearing immodest clothing at the awards show.

I recently read some about her "Christian comments" and nowhere does she mention salvation, being born again or anything like that. She simply mentions "acting like Christ".

I have yet to see any picture of her dressed immodestly, and it's really not fair to judge someone but some arbitrary set of keywords they have to say in order to convince you they're a real Christian.

for one thing, if anyone remembers past threads, you will remember that we were BIG HM fans around here. We all watched the show and enjoyed it. Trust me, I of all people would like to just dismiss this whole thing. HOwever, I can't.
Sure, I can say the pics weren't of her. I can see that. I can easily believe that they weren't. HOWEVER, the dresses worn at the awards show are enough for me. Trust me, I feel like the boy who cried "Say it ain't so Joe" after the baseball scandal. I just can't. Anyway, we are fixing to leave for church. WHen I get back, I'll post pics. I'm not judging anyone. I've read her Christian statements and I've heard a couple interviews of her dad talking about their Christianity and neither of them mention anything but superficial Christian comments.

I do pray they are both born again Christians and if not, I pray they both come to Christ (and her mom too, of course).
