No joke, our church's official start time for Sunday School is 945 but it doesn't start till 9 because it takes 15 min for buses get in and kids settled for the service.

You do realize that Baptist are not the only ones who believe Biblical salvation, right? If you have Biblical salvation correct, but you don't hold other Baptistic doctrine, you aren't a Baptist.

Speaking of Independent Baptist, The autonomy of the the church.

Furthermore, you can believe in Baptism through some other form than emersion without believing it to be necessary for salvation.
