The first four could be starting points but the fifth never.

 

Better to be in continual prayer about the matter and then watch and listen for the Lord's leading in this matter, than it is to go hunting for a mate.

About the denominational issue. Just in the last week or so, in our church, one man's wife started going back to her former Pentecostal church.....so the husband is still attending our Baptist church without his wife. That's not a good situation to be in....and their little kids are in the middle of that.

They shouldn't be getting involved with anyone.  They should just wait until their parent tells him/her who they're going to marry.
