Since it has been awhile since I've been around, I thought I'd give myelf a proper introduction.
About me:

I am a 33 year old male, married with two beautiful daughters. I accepted Christ at the age of 9 years old, and have gone through periods where I was strong in my faith, and periods in which my faith grew dim. I am thankful to the Father and the sacrifice of his son Jesus to make it possible to restore a relationship with me.

I moved about a year ago. I grew up in and I have always attended a Baptist church until this move. I just could not find a Baptist church where I felt that God wanted to make our church home. There are many good churches around, but something was amiss. So a friend invited me to go to an Anglican church here. I went and God breathed a breath of fresh air into my spiritual walk, and I felt the call of God to become a part of this church. So there it is. I am now an Anglican with Baptist roots. God has continued to draw me to himself and speak to me through this dynamic, Spirit filled church. All barriers seem to come down in this church. There are people of all backgrounds....black, white, hispanic, asian; homeless, poor, working poor, middle class and upper class, former Baptists, Presbyterians, Methodists, Catholics, non-denominationalists, Quakers, Petnecostals, etc. I've met them all here. This is a church planted in the US and sent from Rwanda to evangelize the West. It is truly an amazing place. This church is very much what I think church should be about....a chruch where there are not divisions among race or class, where all are united, and where all earnest seek to follow Jesus with their lives. They send out missionaries quite frequently. We have church members working in Asia, in an orphanage in Africa, in Rwanda, and in South America, and an Hati.

I'm not saying I abandoned my Baptist background. Rather, God seems to be moving me into another phase of my life and has led me to this church for some reason.

I am a lawyer for a living, and my hOBbies include running, cycling, swimming, and reading.

I would just caution you to examine the full and indepth doctrine of Jesus Christ. You will want to be sure they espouse the same Savior who bought you.

True. There are many times we believe God has led us to do something but if it's against his Word...it wasn't He that led us.
