Good Morning. My name is Brian Samson and I am 28 years old. I am not where I should be in my relationship to Jesus but feel God calling me back. This has been a rough year for me so far and perhaps that the method God's using. When I was in my early 20's I attended services in a little town, Mexico, NY. After moving to North Carolina for some time I quit attending services on a regular basis. But ALWAYS felt God calling me back to the fold. Anyway, again my name is Brian and I am looking forward to the fellowship on these forums! Best Regards, Brian Samson

1Tim115 (Dave) November 9, 1980, 12:30 PM, Sunday morning I was convinced of sin, repented, and asked God to save me. For the next several years my greatest joy was fellowship with the Lord, reading and study of God?s Word, and witnessing for Christ. Not long after my salvation, God brought me an opportunity to grow spiritually. We need the old man purged to fulfill God?s purpose for us. An unforgiving spirit will prevent spiritual growth; I was such a person. Acts 8:23 For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity. Ephesians 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: Ep…

Hi, my name is Sandra. I came across a link to this site while doing some research online. I come from a family with strong Baptist roots in both Fundamental and Southern Baptist Tradition, although I am not a member of any Baptist church any longer. I guess you can tell by my screen name that I am a deeply spiritual person. I was intrigued by what I was reading through on this website and wanted to join. It has been awhile since I have had conversations with Baptists, outside of my family. I also live close to 2000 miles away from my family now, so it seemed like a nice place to check out and visit - and possibly ask questions and talk. As far as introducin…

Hi, all! Some of you prolly know me from my long history on the net. I am Cranston P. Roby, known on the net as robycop3 on most sites & Steelmaker on Ezboard sites. I am an IFB, dedicated to fighting false doctrines & religions among the duties every Christian has. While I use the KJV, I also use other valid English versions as well, as there's no Scripture in the KJV or any other translation limiting me to any one version. I believe the pseudo/quasi-Christian cults are sending more people to hell than are all the outright pagan religions together, and that any doctrine, practice, or religious belief not found in SCRIPTURE is false and a sin. I am…

Hello, I am the Irishman. I signed up just last night, and am looking forward to meeting you folks. I am a Yankee, but not a yankee's fan. I love the Lord and the fellowship of His people and am just learning my way around here right now. Looks like a great forum though.

I am new to this stuff. :puzzled: I try my best to learn new things as if it is a toy! I am deaf by birth. I grow up in S. CA! Went to CSDR for H.S. only. Learn new things there as well as entered NTID in Rocester, NY (1984-90) While student there, I discovered a wonderful hearing church with a deaf ministry pastored by deaf man! This is one of my first time to learn that the deaf man can pastor! All my life until then, I thought interpreting is the only way to do it. Well, now I am leading a new founded ministry for Liberty Baptist Church in Newport Beach (2005). But I am waiting on Lord to find someplace else because its hard to find good and godly men/women in …

I have posted here a few times, but have yet to introduce myself. I am a Bible Believing Christian. I live in Ontario, Canada. Born again about 13 years ago. I struggle with consistency in my prayer and reading the Word, so please pray for me for that. Thankfully, the Lord forgives and gives me strength to do what I can. I have a wonderful, Godly, prayerful wife and 2 lovely children who have both made professions. My son is entering the teenager stage, so he is a topic for our prayer. My daughter, 10, love the Lord deeply. We pray that things stay that way. I came here looking for people to share thoughts and discussions. People that, in time, will get to kn…

I'm a teeenage without troubles and I'm convinced this will be my mortality. I feel like this is perniment and will never change but I'm going to get baptized and I feel it's the right thing to do because I can admit that I have toyed with the devil. And I think it's about time I repay my sins. I'm trying to clean up my act and look like ADULT and not a over-grown child. The is that I have taking myself through troubles because down in the bottom of my soul I think troubles a accessory. That demented on my part.

Hello Im Richard and I wrote my testimony on here, but my internet shut down, and I worked on it for a while, but ah well.. The Lord saved me on 7/28/08, and since I turned from my gangs, quit the rap music, and began a relationship with God long story short. I was Baptised shortly thereafter, and yesterday I had my first ever communion in Northern Park Baptist Church. You can type that in Google and find it right away in Greenwood IN.

I live in West Central Georgia and my husband is the Acting Pastor of a small Church. I was in search of an answer to one of my questions and found this website, which I have enjoyed reading the posts here. Well, if anyone is interested, my question is ....How long does the Acting-Pastor remain in that position before he is voted in as the Pastor, or should he move on after a year or so?

Well now, it seems some already know more about me than I would have ever posted on an online bulletin board. Gotta love Google :hide ... That is ok though as my info has changed and the phone company horribly mutilated my last name That aside, my name is Tyson Tvinnereim. I just joined this morning and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm retired from AT&T and live in a poor rural county in Central Florida. The church I attend is small conservative Baptist. I myself am more IFB but the church is SBC. We have under 100 members, only about 20 come regularly but we are hoping to change that. We have a new pastor who wants to grow the church and impact the community for Christ. A few of us are excited about the prospects. I have just accepted the role of facilitator for the WMU so I am eager to begin. I see a bus ministry in our future and I'm going to contact Angel Food Ministries early next year to see if that's a mininstry that would be ri…
