My wife wants the heater on! Of course she has a blanket on when it's in the 90s.

I turned our heat on yesterday. With all the wind and lack of sunshine the temperature really dropped in the house and my wife asked for heat so it's warm inside now.

I started up the old wood stove. Very warm!

I love wood stoves. There is nothing like wood heat.

and the smel of the smoke wafting through the air.. reminds me a a cozy night in the north nice and warm with it snowing and blowing out side...

Going to help my Dad with his shopping and errands this morning so that will take up most of the morning.

I was more than right, I didn't get home until about 12:30. Then I decided I might as well mow the yard, and then I decided I might as well get the push mower out and do some trimming before I got the rider out and mowed the rest of the yard. That kept me busy until 3:00.

Saw some of the eclipse this a.m. on my way to work.

God is great to show us something so 'simple' yet massive.
