Katie, I'm sorry to hear you will be missing out on all that great excercise. You just wait! Within a couple of months you're going to be really big!!! :tum

well, I retired, gained 40 pounds and my wife asked me if I felt with child :lol: . I said nope, just fat :eek

In Law Enforcement we call it "tactical girth". If I was still working I would be up to Captain by now if we went by weight :lol::lol::lol:

I just lost 10 pounds over the last 3 weeks, Had to change my whole diet. (eat less and eat different).

I sure do miss pizza :bawling::bawling::bawling::bawling:

But like my wife says :sobstory:

So far, everytime I've actually got going good on a diet and excercise program I get some sort of major sick. Last year at this time I had lost several pounds and things were going good and I got hit with back-to-back kidney stones...the second one required an operation!

My 2 problems are 1. amount of intake. I like to eat

2. minimal exercise. I am unable to do a lot of the things I did before due to my birth defects that cause my disability.

I still try to excercise just because makes me feel better even though it hurts.... if that makes any sense. :loco
