Beef casserole, King Edward spuds, carrot and green beans.  

 

I spent an hour watering the garden this evening and now it is pouring with rain.  They say it is the remains of hurricane (Bertha?) with is due to hit us on Sunday with lots of rain and high winds.

They are a white potato with red patches on the skin and to my mind, one of the nicest flavoured potatoes.
