I saw a remedy on YouTube involving a string tied to a tooth with the other end tied to a golf ball. One swing and the prOBlem was solved.

Not that I would recommend such, but I did see the video!

OUCH!!!

Forget the golf ball, maybe a baseball and a professional slugger!

(or keep doing what you are doing which might be a little easier remedy)

Proverbs 6:4 (KJV)
4  Give not sleep to thine eyes, nor slumber to thine eyelids.

Got up to use the restroom at 3:30 am, and now I can't get back to sleep.

I got up at 4 and read the Word, studied the Word, prayed and then a little after 5:30 I dozed off for a few minutes and then had breakfast.

Traditionally Baptists don't dance. But today I felt like doing "The Happy Dance".  The doctors thought I might have prostate cancer. They did a ten point biopsy and the Pathologist said he and his lab couldn't tell for sure. One point looked like it could be cancerous. They sent it off to another lab for confirmation. I got the results today and they said no cancer.

Great to hear that!!!  (herb called Saw Palmetto, taken in a little higher doses than label, keeps 'effects' of the aging process, for older fellows as us, from bringing discomfort.)

Thanks GP. I do know about Saw Palmetto. I have had an enlarged prostate for 35 years, but I have no discomfort from it. The doctor's main concern was that my PSA numbers jumped six points in a about five months. I have had elevated PSA for a very long time.
