My sister purchased 2 tickets for both of us for this past Saturdays's UNC vs. UNC-Asheville game at the Dean Dome.

Here are some pictures - the last two were taken by our pastor's brother and his daughter. They were given tickets the night before. Their section was just 5 down from us. Couldn't believe it when we saw each other Sunday, bragging to one another about having gone, only to find out that we were at the same game.

They arrived about 2 hours before the game, though, and were able to go right down to the court and watch the players warm up. They have multiple pics and video of Hansbrough and Terry warming up.

I couldn't get over how big their center was. 7ft. 7in., at least 350 lbs. He just dwarfed anyone else around him, even from the upper level where we were. He dunked once without jumping - the crowd cheered and laughed at the same time.

Wow. I would've like to have seen my alma mater (UNC) play my hometown college team (UNCA). I haven't been able to get to a game in the Dean Dome. On vacation once, my family was able to sneak in and watch a practice for a little while, but I saw Dean Smith call an assistant over and point to us in the stands, so we got chased out.

Carmichael Auditorium - ah, those were the days!
