In what world is standing 12 or 6 feet equate to being allowed to check documents much less challenge a ballot? Maybe companies can tell that to the IRS next time they get audited.

Regardless, the courts will decide soon enough whither or not they were denied the right to PROPERLY check. Simply taking the word of the those who possibly denied the right or opinions of those who were not there, over those who claim they were denied isn't good enough in this situation.

Yes, if the cases are not dropped before going to court. Time will tell.

Some friends of ours who live in Arizona claim they were sent three actual mail in ballots (not the application) from MI. But they had not lived in MI in over 20+ years but apparently were still on the rolls and someone had applied for them on their behalf.

Here  is a quote from the New American article that says is informative,  "As the old adage goes, “The numbers don’t lie.” There are more than enough aberrations to prompt anyone serious about election integrity to want to take a deeper look at the numbers — and the ballots.

The aberrations within the vote counts of the elections mentioned in the article need to be legally questioned in the various States that they occurred in and then, if need be, the Supreme Court of the United States. The individuals who helped this alleged fraudulent vote scheme who helped it succeed need to be found, investigated and all the facts brought out in Court, and be brought to trial.

Hmmm? Let's see what happens in the next week or two.

Maybe some of these lawsuits in the contested States will prove the alleged corruption in the Presidential election.

Let us pray that the court system allows the gathered evidence to be reviewed in a court of Law.

There was no doubt voter fraud going on. The Democrats for years have refused to work with the Republicans in purging the voting registries of graveyard voters. Also, with the counting of all the post-dated and unsigned ballots that smacks of fraud too. All kinds of shady dealings were going on like when they stopped counting at midnight in Philadelphia then when a van full of unsigned ballots (all for Biden) came in at 4am they started counting again. The one lady counting the ballots said it felt like a drug deal was taking place with so much shadiness taking place.

Whether this is enough to overturn the election I don't know but it needs to be sorted out and fixed for next time or there will be serious trouble for our democracy and confidence in our election process.

What is most discouraging is how many Republicans are telling Trump just to admit defeat and not to even challenge the results. This is the problem with Republicans (if they really are), they have no backbone. Like Rush Limbaugh said, they are the party of losing with dignity.

Essentially, we presently have a uni-Party and with 70% of Republican voters thinking the election was rigged that will be at least 50 million people who feel they can no longer trust the system and that we now live in a banana republic. This is not good.

I spent my adult life researching and gathering information for engineers, scientists, computer specialists, management, etc., etc. This conditioned me to examine ideas and issues carefully before coming to a decision. Thus, after doing this the last several days I have come to the conclusion that all the hubbub of voting counter fraud is not true. Why? Bear with me and I will give you my reasons.

  • In the states controlled by Democrats almost no Republican politicians, party officials or leaders have said there was fraud. Most have remained mute or have said they have seen no instances of fraud.
  • In Republican controlled states the report is the same. There is no sign of widespread fraud.
  • If the Democrats were as good at presidential fraud as some claim, then they would not have lost seats in the House of Representatives and they would have taken over the Senate.
  • Republican vote counting observers have not reported fraud.
  • Courts have throw out cases. They ask for evidence and none is provided. Guilt and innocence is determined by evidence, not accusations.
  • The head of an international delegation monitoring the U.S. election says his team has no evidence to support President Donald Trump’s claims about alleged fraud involving mail-in absentee ballots. They have no axe to grind.
  •  FBI Director Christopher Wray testified to Congress on Thursday that the agency has not historically seen “any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election,”
  • Ben Hovland, appointed by Donald Tump as the head of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission said he has found no evidence of fraud.

This evidence had convinced me there is no widespread fraud in this election.

Gathering information for scientists and engineers has no bearing on this whatsoever. Nobody cares. It's irrelevant when it comes to overthrowing the foundations of our country.

Also, if you gather at corrupt sources your results will be corrupt.

It has bearing in I know how to search for information. I have searched and searched and searched and so far I have found no one, Republican or Democratic election officials who say there was voter fraud.

Now if you want to talk about a candidate who had reason to demand an investigation it was Nixon. But he said he knew he could demand an investigation and that it would take a year. But, he did not demand an investigation as the country could not afford to be without a recognized president for a year.

Face it. There was no widespread fraud. Now after the elections it has been reported that at least one GOP senators ask the attorney general of George if he could throw out legal votes. Now, that is asking for fraud after the election.

Concerning sources, I read sources on each side. I do stay away from extreme sources on both the left and the right. Neither are to be trusted.

It seems to me that President Trump was on the way to win the presidential election by a wide margin. When the Democratic controlled  electoral process saw an obvious Trump win the States left ( Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Michigan), with a Democratic controlled electoral process stopped the election process, denied legal observers to observe the process, allowed ballots to come in after November 4th., and let a multitude of fraudulent ballots be counted for Biden.

Already as we speak, YouTube, the major news media, Twitter, etc.. is trying desperately to stop any rational discussion and legal remedy.

Here is a video for your consideration and information.

Unless the Juridical process stops this illegal method of the electoral process the United States will be considered a 'banana Republic,' that is run by the Socialists, Communists, anarchists, and anyone else with a personal vendetta against the Constitution of United States.

At Legal votes websitre, he actually has been reelected!

The lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Michigan, hopefully, against the alleged voter fraud, and other lawsuits not named by Attorney Giuliani, hopefully will be heading for the Supreme Court.

And over 50 agree with me.

50 people?

You are missing my point. "Perception is reality" I think the old saying goes. If there is no fraud then why the fear of looking into it? Trump allowed the Dems, for 2 1/2 years, attempt to find some kind of non-existent Russian collusion when he could have fired Mueller but he allowed it to go on and on because he knew he hadn't colluded. 50 million people need to be assured there wasn't voter fraud via investigations and the SCOTUS not by some Republicrats and Democans saying there wasn't any "so now shut up and bow to China".

For over a month back in the 2000 election, not a single Democrat complained that Gore was demanding recount after recount, and delayed conceding for that time. Not ONE democrat insisted our country would never recover, or that irreparable harm was being done to the democracy, (we aren't a democracy, but that that's a different point). But now, its been barely two weeks and Trump is DESTROYING AMERICA!

As for proof, sheesh, I have seen at least 2 videos of poll workers admitting they destroyed ballots: one tore up a Trump ballot on screen, the other said he had personally destroyed over 10,000 ballots, and knew his fellow counters had done the same. Of course, now they say they were kidding, but, are they? Or are they just now realizing how stupid they were to admit what they were doing to social media? It is these things that can be used as clear evidence of, at least intent to commit fraud.

It is not that no one will not allow the looking for fraud. It is that Republican and Democratic officials say there is no fraud. Georgia is doing a recount. Let's see what they say. Trump's appointed official whose job was ensuring a smooth running election says there was no fraud. If a case is appealed up to the Supreme Court then they will either rule or not take it up.

I thought civility was encouraged and enforced on this board. You last sentence is neither civil or polite. I would be ashamed of such a sentence if I had written it.
