I know this is probably old news but I just came across this "tweet" by Mr. Rick Warren.......

https://twitter.com/RickWarren/status/311415758200655872

How could he think that  a bunch of reprobate "Cardinals" would be seeking God's will by electing an evil false prophet? As I mentioned before, our pastor recently used a "men's ministry" video program produced by one Kenny Luck who is one of the leading members of Rick Warren's church. That's just a little too close for comfort.

He's a fool devoid of spiritual discernment.  He believes in a different God and Christ, the same ones of the Muhammaden and not the one of the King James Bible.

Rick warren will be walking hand-in-hand with the Pope and Joel osteen and others like them as they lead the world into the One World religion through their ecumenical teachings.

He knows no better, remember that book he wrote!

And once he stated the Fundamental Christians are a great danger to everyone, just as the Fundamental Muslims.

Warren is one of those who began closer to conservative Christianity but as he became more popular he adapted and changed his stances on many things in order to gain more mass appeal. Billy Graham, James Robison and many others have followed this path.

The peoples eyes have been blinded so they cannot see the truth about the people they follow.  They stumble on ever downward following this pastor or that one.  The blind leading the blind.  They do not listen or if they do they can't seem to comprehend the truth.  I guess having itching ears does make it hard to hear the truth.  It really makes me sad.

God bless,

Larry

Especially here in America many folks want an easy Christianity. They want to be a Christians and enjoy the world at the same time. The meat of the Word, the hard Scriptures, the idea of surrendering self, submitting to Christ, obeying the Word, are not things they want to hear about or consider.

They love pastors who preach a soft, easy Christianity that doesn't involve any idea of persecution, suffering for Christ, casting down self while putting on Christ, pursuing the things of God instead of the things of this world, standing firm on the Word rather than chasing personal happiness.

And many churches if the pastor talks God's truths they would not be pastor very long, & they know that.

I often wondered how many pastors compromise because they know if they do not next week they will not receive a pay check? I understand many of them preach what they preach for they know no better.

I read a devotional by Spurgeon that waxes even truer today than back them, many lost people are in training to become pastors. And the churches that gets them are in big trouble.

Once down south of town one Sunday morning a man attended this small Baptist Church for a Sunday morning preaching service. At the invitation he came forward wanting them to license & ordain him to be a pastor. They refuses & he left mad. I do not know if he tried this at other churches around these parts. He moved here & bought a restaurant that was open 7 days each week, for a few years it seemed to being doing very good, at the time he attended this small Baptist church he was in the process of losing business. Shortly after this incident at that small church he was foreclosed on by a loan institution them left town.

Many pastors I know have said when they accept a call, say that money is not an issue.
