Why don't you save the picture you want to upload onto your computer, and then upload it to OB?
It might work then.

You could save it to your computer, and then resize in it a picture viewing program such as IrfanView. Or, if you're referring to size in terms of kilobytes/related, you can click "save as" on the image, and then lower the save quality. I believe this should make it smaller.

Yeah, but it's tough to get both the size in pixels and bytes down to the point where it'll fit and you still have a picture. It would take me forever to do it. :frog
