President Bush, last news conference

I think the democrat party and the new media has been more critical of President Bush than any other president.

The democrats have out right called him a liar, they have not shown him the respect he deserves. I have never seem any party stoop as low as the democrat party has in this last 8 years.

If the republican party talks about President Obama as the democrat party has about President Bush they will cry bloody murder.

For most, how they look back on someone, has a lot to do with their personal prejudices.

The media is far more liberal today than it was 30 or 40 years ago. This is true also of the Dems, Repubs, and the general population. It's so much easier for liberals to espouse their views and to attack anyone who disagrees with them because they have gained so much more power and support over the past few decades.

Dems hailed President Clinton as a great Dem a decade ago but today there are many who now see Clinton as having not been liberal enough. That's one of the problems that plagued Hillary in her run for president, she was viewed as not liberal enough! Hillary, once the top choice among Dems to be their next president, found herself being attack and and abandoned by the far left, the media and Dem big shots simply because she wasn't as far left liberal as Obama; which in their minds made her to conservative!!

Every few years now the liberals, as they gain more power and backing, redefine liberalism even farther to the left and thus anyone not in that category become fair game to be called conservatives (a dirty word among liberals). Look at how they compared Hillary to McCain and claimed she was closer to being a conservative than a liberal.

This is why we haven't had a true conservative as president and this is why even "moderate" or less than socialist liberals find themselves under near constant attack by the media and the far left which now dominates.

The office of POTUS is reaping the result of leading a nation which is in the deep throws of apostasy. We claimed the providence of God and even coined a phrase. Now the world looks and laughs in many (not all but most) cases with the condition which we now find ourselves.

Oh yes, the scripture... 1 & 2 Kings, 1 & 2 Chronicles, and many of the books that follow them. They all tell of a nation who claims to uphold the One God's truth. The high places have not been taken down and the groves have not been destroyed in The U.S.

I think the heathen are railing against us...how soon comes the captivity?

Indeed, America is reaping what she has sown and Scripture provides examples of the harvest she will be reaping.

I think the difference between the Bush admin and family and the Clinton/Obama admin and families is that the Bush's wanted the U.S running the new world order and the Clintons/Obama want Europe running the new world order. That we will subserviant to Europe. :hide :hijack:
