I kept having trouble typing owl, I had to correct it but I obviously missed the first one! Kind of changes the story.

This week I have to do some dusk and dawn driving so I pray the Lord will keep His deer, owls and other creatures out of our pathway.

We got just enough rain to wet things, then it was done.

1/2 inch, is lots, when its been so dry, that's what we got too.

The grass isn't growing as fast but it's still growing. If it stays this dry with the heat going up it will really slow down.

My grass is only growing because I water it, it would all probably be dead by now, if I didn't.

We aren't that dry yet. The grass is still growing, just growing slower. I'll probably mow today just to have it done with. The weatherman says we may get some rain next week sometime, but between now and then just hot and dry.

Cloudy here most of the day too. I didn't get my yard mowed, got to feeling poorly, still don't feel too well.

I've been lazy, I feel at 65, going on 66, I have the right to have some lazy days. I may not be getting old graceful like some do.
