Grocery shoppinig today...I wonder how much prices have went up this time?

My career field was told today that they are shredding us out to the platform that I work. So even if I wanted to leave the base I am at I can't till I sew on TSgt.

Seems the military does some of its people dirty, lots of politics of who you know, who your buddy is, who you run around with, in the military.

My favorite job was truck driving. That way I just did my job, pulled my load, & the boss knew if I was pulling my load or not, & I did not have to pull someone else's load with them advancing because I of the efforts I made.

John I have just under 4 years left. Jerry yes there are some of those times when the military does do that. A lot of my friends are upset about them shredding us out this way. I think I heard that we might have a chance to BOP since we were here before they had that come down. Me I don't want to go anywhere. I wanted to stay here. I have a great church and am in training for the ministry at that church I wanted to stay so this makes it easier for me.

I love the book of Ephesians pastor is doing a study through it on sunday night and it wasn't long ago he taught about that.

Amen! I'm nearing the end of a study on Spiritual Warfare which, naturally, focuses much on Ephesians.

I turned down big money years ago on leaving the Air Force, & do not regret it. Of course I'm human & wonder if I chose that route if at this time in life would Linda & I be setting back taking life easy in comfort.

Yet for money I would not change anything, & we have very little money.

Very true Jerry. I've wondered in the past if I had made different decisions with the Air Force how things might be now but just for the sake of more money and ease I couldn't go that way.
