I was about to give up on finding a worthwhile Christian forum and OB was literally my last try before I gave up. Thanks be to God I tried OB before I gave up looking.

I joined in 02 and did not spend much time online but I love OB. I too looked around and found nothing for me, but I love it here.

Like I said before, as brothers and sisters we may disagree now and then and even argue, but we are family and there is a lot of love here.

Yeah I just happened upon this site after I was booted off the sbc boards for quoting scripture. There were a few others I just couldn't have fun and fellowship in. I am so glad I found this one. :lol

I know what you mean. I was booted from forums for posting Scripture from the KJB!

On a couple other boards I couldn't believe some of the topics, or perhaps more-so it was the way they discussed certain topics (some of it very sexual, accepting and promoting some way out things, and in some cases very graphic details of such) so I removed myself from them.

I was in a facebook group called Jesus freaks and most of the post was atheists and crazy aliens are gods type people. So there was a discussion on catholic dogma and I put some envagelizing catholic sites on there cause someone asked for some good christian sites. The admin threatened to delete the sites. I couldn't believe it . They could put up with blasphemy and sex talk but just don't put up christian things. Jesus freaks indeed.

It's amazing what "worldly Christians" accept and reject! Typically, it's totally the opposite of what a biblical Christian would.
