Our church had breakfast today between the early and later services. We had pancakes, breakfast caserolses and breakfast pizza!!!

The breakfast was held to gather donations for this summers youth mission trip. :thumb

I just chatted with a teen Chinese girl I know, and she asked me if I knew about the stuff going on with Tibet, and I said a little bit. So, she said she was very angry about it, so I asked why. She said something like "because there are bad buys trying to mess up our peace!" I wanted to say back "forced "peace" isn't really peace at all." But I told her I didn't know much about it, and that's all that was said. I think this might be the general consensus among the young Chinese people. :puzzled:

Probably so. Most likely believe China is helping to modernize Tibet and make it a better place. They likely see the uprising as being a bunch of trouble makers trying to make China look bad.

Yes, exactly. We have heard the same in past years concerning Taiwan too. But then, that's what countries do, right? - Conquer and subdue lands that they want, whether the people of those lands are in agreement or not.

We had drizzle right now which is supposed to turn into showers with possible storms in the region and they expect some possible strong storms tomorrow (my tomorrow, March 31 ).
