I baked the cod last night - used original shake n bake. It was tasty. My hubby liked it, so we'll probably be eating more of it (I've never been much of a fresh fish fan, unless it's salmon, and that doesn't come fresh here!). How do you fix your fish?

Basted and baked halibut with lemon juice, butter, and black pepper. Real easy! :hungry:

For dinner I had rice, noodles and chicken.

For supper tonight I had a few small pieces of fried chicken, a couple toasted English muffins and some Jello with diced pears.

Rice a roni meatballs....we call them porquipine meatballs. Mashed potatoes, asparagus casserole, and yeast rolls. Fresh baked choc chip cookies for dessert!
