Members cpomann Posted February 16, 2007 Author Members Posted February 16, 2007 Thanks for the prayers. Doctors appointment is not til the 27th but had the xrays and blood tests done today. And the chest xrays look clear. No change since last Nov (2006). We started in the spring of 2005 with a tumor that filled my upper right lung and had spread thru the lung wall into the center chest cavity. Slowly we have watched it recede and believe the only thing observable on the xrays now is scar tissue. God is good to us not because of anything within us, but because it is his good will and pleasure to be such. Quote
Members cpomann Posted February 28, 2007 Author Members Posted February 28, 2007 Dr's appointment was today and went much as hoped. No change in chest xrays. Blood work and cancer markers normal. Started with a large inoperable cancer in my upper right lung that had spread thru the lung wall into the media steinum. Watched it slowly melt away with chemo and radiation and now have only a small questionable area along the spine that has not changed in size over the last six months. Our thoughts are that it is scar tissue. Go back for another checkup in six months (if Jesus taries). God is good, all the time, even when we don't deserve it. Praise Him for His wonderful works......... Quote
