How often do you take showers?

A co-worker had told me how she goes to the gym after work every day and don't shower until the next morning. I find it difficult to sleep without showering before going to bed. How often do you take showers?

Once per day as a rule but occasionally more if I get sweaty or something. I can't function in the morning until I get my shower.

In college we didn't have air conditioning and in August the weather was horribly hot and humid, we would all take at least 3 cold showers a day just to stay sane.

2 times a day. My hair is super long so I always wash it at night before I go to bed to allow it to air dry so I don't have to spend an hour blow drying it in then morning. Then I also take a shower in the morning with my hair up in a bun so I don't smell like bed the whole day but my hair stays dry.

I tell people that I take monthly showers but the truth is that I usually take one a day. I usually take mine before I go to bed because I like to go to bed clean and I'm not a morning person. :lol
