I think its delicious.

What I can't stand is buttermilk. :uuhm:

For about 10 or more years milk did a number on my stomach, I could drink one cup of milk, before it hit bottom, I would have to run for it.

One scoop of ice cream, one piece of pizza, bowl of cereal, would do the same thing, if I put to much butter in a bowl of oatmeal it would do the same.

I could only drink milk or eat something with dairy products in it, only if I took a 2 pills.

But it left me like it came to me, all of a sudden once again I can stop and drink and enjoy a large glass of milk with no ill effects, I have no idea what brought it on nor why it no longer bothers me. All I know is it made me happy when that ill effect left me. :tum

Here's a perfect cake for the holidays, an eggnog pound cake. If you like eggnog and pound cake, you'll love this recipe.

Cake ingredients:

1/2 cup dried currants, raisins or cranberries
2 Tbsp dark rum or water
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 cup eggnog mixed with 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp grated orange zest
Glaze:

3 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp dark rum
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 Soak currants in rum in a small bowl for 15 minutes.

2 Adjust rack to lower third of oven. Preheat the oven to 325
