I say if they want to be left alone, leave them alone. If they are receptive to the gospel, preach it to them. But understand that our mere presence could kill them off (no immunity). I think some people see their lifestyle and think it's inhumane to allow them to continue living like that. But occasionally there are groups of people who wish to remain isolated, and enjoy their archaic technologies and means of living. Look at the Amish.

The Amish are a completely different story from these people. The Amish are not complete isolationists. The Amish go to the grocery store and Wal-mart, they socialize with their neighbors. My neighbors are John and Mary, they've been our neighbors for 5 years. I go to their house and borrow sugar when I need some and they're children come around asking if they can do odd jobs at times. There is a difference between being an isolationist and a complete isolationist. These tribalistic people are nothing like the Amish.

They probably don't know what the inside of a modern house looks like, or a grocery store, or a car, or a convenience store, or an interstate highway, what a PCP is, what a surgeon is, nor who Obama & Hillary is.

Nor do they know what a government is who tells them they can't disciple their children as needed, nor a government that lets people kill babies and supports acts of homosexuality as normal behavior and tried to indoctrinate all children with these evil thoughts.

Hey, perhaps they're the ones who are better off.

Yeah, except for the fact that they are dying and going to Hell for eternity.

You can't say that for 100 % sure until you have talked with them.

But according to the Bible, no one will have an excuse.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
This guy truly is a politically motivated fraud
Here's the original press article (from the Guardian/Observer Newspaper) that AOL got their story from:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2008/jun/21/amazon
Or so the story was told and sold. But it has now emerged that, far from being unknown, the tribe's existence has been noted since 1910 and the mission to photograph them was undertaken in order to prove that 'uncontacted' tribes still existed in an area endangered by the menace of the logging industry.
So the "politically motivated fraud" in question here is Jose Carlos Meirelles, who released the photos on the 29th May with help from Survival International. The Guardian Media Group (who own The Observer), therefore, claim the following:

1. It has 'only just emerged' (21st June) that the group were already known before the photos were taken and hitherto it was claimed they were completely undiscovered.

2. It has 'only just emerged' that Meirelles deliberately hired a chopper to fly over the site with the intention of publishing photos to raise awareness of the tribe's plight.

Are these claims true? Here's an article from the Associated Press, who spoke to Meirelles at the time the photos were released. This web-page was published on the 30th May, one day after the photos:

http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5iRk0QGW-Tz0q6PP7y36N3CwOgH_wD9105MUG0
Anthropologists have known about the group for some 20 years but released the images now to call attention to fast-encroaching development near the Indians' home in the dense jungles near Peru.

Brazil's government agreed to release stunning photos of Amazon Indians firing arrows at an airplane so that the world can better understand the threats facing one of the few tribes still living in near-total isolation from civilization, officials said Friday.

Survival International estimates about 100 tribes worldwide have chosen to avoid contact, but said the only truly uncontacted tribe is the Sentinelese, who live on North Sentinel island off the coast of India and shoot arrows at anyone who comes near.
So articles that ran with the photos at the time clearly stated that the tribe had been known about for a long time, that they were not truly uncontacted and that the photos had been deliberately released to raise awareness about the tribe.

I wonder if Guardian Media Group plc are politically motivated frauds? The groups who released the photos claim GMG Plc are talking rubbish: http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/N24332207.htm
